About the websites:
Im a Marketing major at college and PoliticaCute.com all started for the purpose of my senior year project last semester. With the upcoming Presidential election of 2008. I thought it a no-brainer to incorporate an online e-commerce business. Hey, it Worked!!! I received an A for the course.
The websites all run on a CMS (Content Management System). So this makes the websites very easy to run and makes user-customer control a breeze. Even a beginner can run the websites with this backend system!!!

Revenue Details:
In regards to revenue, I haven't really had the time to work in any forms of revenue. I've been meaning to do it for quite some time, but just haven't gotten around to it. I've just added Google adsense to the site. With more attention the site could easily be monetized to a far greater extent.

Traffic Details:
100% of the traffic is organic. I have NEVER, linked to other sites, ran PPC campaigns, nor ever paid for traffic. All of the traffic comes through inbound links or search engines. As you can see there is a lot of potential for more revenue/traffic with a little bit of promotion.

    Having never owned a website myself. I am very interested to hear more about the exact details of the "website administration" services you would offer me as the new owner. Does that mean i would not have to handle the website at all? Do i still receive all profits?

    and you say you have a complete ebay affiliate website on politicalcute.biz. i beg to differ, the links donot update and you have no other pages other than the homepage???

    Yes including with the sale would be 5 completed websites. I may have not explained it clearly. 3 of the websites are not live yet! I would wait to completion of purchase, to complete their content. This way i can consult and work with the winner. Customizing the look, layout, and content to their liking.

    I'm really offering the winner an awesome package here!!! Please, please just price a new website these days, that is custom designed to your specifications. A single website would cost you well over $3000! And im offering you 3 separate custom designs. While i can admit, my websites may not have the coolest OR lastest Flash concepts. But the main point to PROFITS, is not alway looks. Its CONTENT!!!

    As for the 2 current live websites. Please bear with me, im still updated the content as we speak. I'm still in school full time. So kind of hard to apply full resources to web coding.

    Good luck selling for over 1000, your site has one decent ranking and it only rank there because google thinks its a spelling error. I would advise bidders not to buy unless you are experianced in SEO

    gotta beg2 differ wit u ljastangs21:((( im lik'g this1 4 the recognizable name. could u tell me what resource u use to verify the sites ranking??? it seems pretty gd4 site she says has nvr benn promoted. i chkd google 4 buy politicaltshirts keyword, & it rank pretty high. does any1 knw what ecommere system is be'g used on it??? i really would lk to incorporat th cafepress drpshippg system. is tha posible??? and please cld the SELLER explain post revunue stats

    I would say it's way better than "decent ranking". PoliticalCute.com ranks within Google top 10 search engine placement for Presidential candidate t-shirts.
    I do have experienced in SEO. As i have mentioned, i am a graduate student in business marketing. With a little application i can help the new buyer to increase ranking on all the webistes.

    I am using the VirtuMart ecommerce solution within a content management system. This makes the backend controls very simple to use. Virtumart supports a variety of payment options such as: 2Checkout, PayPal, Authorize.net, Worldpay and others.
    You can easily incorporate CafePress.com within these websites. Given its current content for Political t-Shirts, this would be a great marriage for an affiliate program to apply.

    As for my revenue made from the websites. I have only applied affiliate banner programs to politicalcute.com. For the month of November, received $250. Month of December received $145 from banner placements. There was a noticable drop in revunue since i removed the banners in anticipation of selling the website. Please note this amount of revunue was gained, WITHOUT any promotion on my part!
    Plus $50 revenue i have made from selling presidential campaign t-Shirts i personally had silk-printed.

    If you view the attachments on the top right side. You would see my screen shots of the Ebay affiliate program i have applied to the websites. The 1st screen shot is revenue amount i received for my 1st month of December. The 2nd shot is from pending revenue doe for the month of January.

    I have had 4 online customers since i finished the PoliticalCute.com in November, who purchased t-shirts at a discounted price of $15.00. There have been many more visitors to the website, but please note: This number is low due to no promotion of the website.

    As i've stated, my original intentions were not for profit or to actually run an e-commerce website. I just intended to show it could be done for the purpose of my college class project. I do not have the time to allocate towards running a full t-shirt business(Although i've found out by accident that affiliate programs are very profitable and 100% maintenance free!

    So i have set the online prices of the t-shirts fairly higher than what could be found on other t-shirt websites across the internet. Therefore the sales are lower than to be expected. The new owner can expect to make much higher sales just by setting more competitive prices.
    Note: any Price & and Discount price(by offering special promotional codes to unique customers) can be set through the easy to use backend.

    T-Shirt Costs:
    I've used a very reputable screen printing t-shirt company as my supplier. I would gladly give the new owner all information & supplier contacts. Cost breakdown is $4.00 for each 2 sided custom printed t-shirt. Purchased in minimum quantities of 15 t-shirts. The 2-sided printing is a great bonus, because it offers a free advertising boost by printing www.PoliticalCute.com in small font across the back of the t-shirts.
    (Hmmm - i guess i've just offered advertising tip to other t-shirt manufacturers viewing this, huh?)
    My shipping cost through USPS is $1.95 to the 48 continental US states.
