Please note: This is not an affiliate site.  When a customer makes a purchase they are kept on the same site and not forwarded to another. Therefore you make 100%  of what you sell. Any customisation work is between you and your customers so again, you make 100% of what you want to charge. 

 It is a huge site. It has nearly 2000 templates which customers can buy or have you customize by filling out a customization form for a quote.

It is fully configured. All you need to do is add your own company logo and you have your own ready made web design business.

It also includes a shopping cart. The shopping cart can accept card payments by paypal and nochex and can also be configured to use worldpay or gooogle checkout. I will include one year shopping cart subscription with the website.

The site is fully optimized. It has meta titles, descriptions and keywords written into it. All you need to do is submit your new domain name to the search engines.

On purchase I will send you the link to where you can purchase the templates on the site. You only need to purchase templates when you sell one or when someone has paid you for a customization job. Therefore you don't have any outlay. I will also include details on where you can purchase really cheap web hosting where you can give your customers their own hosting control panels.

Please note the domain name is not included in this sale so you will need to get one yourself. I can recommend some good places where you can get one.

Please also note there are no resale rights, i.e. you cannot replicate it and re-sell it in any shape or form though you have full control and can change any part of the design if you wish.
