Description:

I'm looking to sell an established file host, the site did 9000 UV last month, 12000 visits, the site is almost 2 years old, PR 3. It uses Yabsoft MFHS. It has 477 files uploaded, 40-60 of those uploaded in the last two weeks, there has been little promotion done with this site. Since July the site has made $230 from Adsense alone.

Hosting

 

I'm on a server that has no limit on bandwidth I pay $134 a month for the server, but I also host 15 other sites on it and am looking to close the server down unless the winner would like to keep it at which point I would move my sites off the server and leave it online for the winner.

The site did $230 revenues since July it has come down a bit as has the traffic, there is a lot of potential with this site.

    Where is server located? Server specs? Domain registrar? MFHS license valid and eligble for transfer? Can I see revenue screenshots?

    The server is being leased and it is located in California.

    Server Specs

    Pentium 4 3.0 HT CPU
    2 GB PC3200 DDR Ram
    160 GB SATA Drive

    Domain Registrar is Godaddy.com

    MFHS is valid and eligible for transfer,

    LEIVA, posted the screen shots from adsense for this year, also the 15 sites are not costumers but just other web sites I'm in the process of developing.
