All Traffic From CPM Email Site for Sale $5,000/m net

Description:

I am selling one of my new clickbank affiliate sites to a qualified buyer to raise capital to grow my existing business. What is included in the sale, the clickbank landing page, a list of over 2,000 DOUBLE OPT-IN subscribers and a source of traffic which comes from CPM email purchases of $40-$60 per 1,000 emails. Please note that if you are not able to spend at least $5,000 a month the list manager will probably not work with you. Though if you have larger buying power you can negotiate longer term lower rates for mailers and make much more profits.

I am getting on average 20%+ returns on mailers purchased the list is close to several million subscribers and once completely mailed there are similar lists that can be purchased.

This business can be expanded by obviously mailing the list but writing better email copy because I use generic email copy with my list which does not convert better with custom written sales email copy this will increase revenues. Also the CPM mailer concept can be applied to other sites and other lists. And PPC traffic can be used to increase traffic also.

Please note I will not reveal the CPM list that is being bought until the sale is finalized.

    ok guys this site is still making me a killing every day...i havent spent a dime more advertising just letting the autoresponder go ...i have made 3300 net profit in 2 week x2 that is 6600/month spending no additional on advertising. I have a mailer going out on the 28th that will probably double the list....this is not a scam i am offering real value here but I will not reveal my traffic source to none bidder/winners of this auction why would i? I am making such good money off it this site..this site could be replicated any marketer i am sure can realize this. If you want ss or anything else be specific with me but dont try and steal my niche I an selling this to grow my business in the cpm email marketing which has changed my life...not to sound cliche or anything but 13k a month...you can make this net cash flow by putting the adverting on a credit card after you see how well the traffic converts...anyways interest has died down which i dont know why if it doesnt sell it is ok but i want to launch new campaigns with the profits because i am only getting $5,000 cash flow from the site no credit card leverage or anything.. if i can sell it and get 19k i can buy a completely different list in a different niche and build a profitable business much bigger..

    the above post shows my exact motives and bare min. pricing...i am hiding nothing...i will let you call me if you bid ..i am a legit honest business man here. Wanting to grow my business but I am not desperate i can get loans out on the 16k+ due in commissions if i wanted...this is my last post if it expires no bids this is your guys loss...

    I fogot also to mention I will let the person take over the clickbank account (if we run into no problems in clickbank allowing this) and the clickbank account has 14 or 15 reccuring billing at 43$ and some change this would be an instant $600 cashflow I am not saying they wont drop out or anything but just thought you should know this also

    So are you paying per message opened or just per 1000 emails? Also, What is your profit per sale and which book sales the most?

    I am buying just per 1000 emails profit margins over all are 20% the book i make 38 and 24 the cheaper book obviously sales more the average profit is 35$
