Due to offline work committments I am selling my pride and joy - the popular health and fitness site - www.realmuscleonline.com

I recently sold another fitness site on SP for 17k and it was no where near as good as Real Muscle Online so I will not accept any offers under $20k.

About Real Muscle Online -

Brand - The brand is going to be huge. Fitness and health is booming around the world and people are looking for REAL methods and REAL help. The potential for this site is enormous.

Logo - the logo has been professionally designed and you will own all rights to it after the sale.

Earnings - The site is extremely underutilized. I have adsense on there at the moment but it is placed poorly. I also have NEVER sold advertising on the site which is a massive area being missed out on as supplement and equipment companies have massive spending budgets.

I have two poorly placed adsense units on each page which make about $200 a month. Someone who knew about adsense could do the optimization so much better. I only recently put the ads up because I tried to keep it ad free for as long as possible.

Google - The site does EXTREMELY well on google. We rank on the front page for hundreds of articles and rank number one and two for a lot of really popular searches. The site is perfectly optimized for search engines.

Social Media - The articles often get picked up on Stumble as the crowd really appreciates the style of the site.

Traffic - According to AW Stats the site gets about 2000 - 2500 Unique Visitors per day and about 2 page views per visitor. Every month this increases as our rankings go up on the SEs.

Original Content - there are over 300 ORIGINAL articles all written by me and other health gurus. Titles and content are well optimized for SEs.

Member of b5 media - The site is a friend of b5 media meaning it is listed on their blogroll.

I will hang around after the sale and help the owner get settled if they need. This has worked well in the past.

Revenue Details:

Site has two adsense ad units on it that earn about $200 a month. I have never sold advertising or affiliates and the new owner would have massive room to grow this revenue in this area. This is an extremely undermonetized site because my goal was to bring people free and real information.

Traffic Details:

Majority of traffic comes from excellent Google rankings. Some direct traffic and some social media traffic. Lots of good backlinks.

    Yes, you get to own all the articles. The whole lot is yours. After the sale I would write for a little while until you get settled then you'll have to find new ones.

    The site is currently hosted by b5 media on their servers but this would have to change to the buyers own servers. PM me for the other sale if you are interested and I'll ask if the new owner minds being contacted about our smooth transaction.

    Thanks for the screenshots.

    Is there any way you could show me referral stats for the site? I.E I want to see what kind of traffic you're getting and whether that traffic will be worth anything to me if I bought the site. I need to know the keywords which bring in the traffic.

    Do you have Google Webmaster tools installed at all? This should give you a good indication of what keywords you're ranking for in G.#

    I also need to know exactly when the site was established - just says "Established: Mon Apr 30 " on the thread and how much work it takes for you to keep the site up to date on a weekly basis.

    Have you written all the content on there yourself? How often do you update the content?

    Awesome site got some real good information on there the revenue is to low for the asking price but with all the original content and looks like very decent traffic but as you mentioned the site is under monitized and I see that but little to rich for my blood without the track record however I am sure the buyer will probably be getting a good deal
