Description:

Nooti (pronouced as it looks and with a slight British accent), aims to please webmasters and their minions with quality resources, facts, references guides, and our "Big Lists".

The design (CSS table-less) and content are original and produced by myself.

Registered at Namecheap.com, Free push.

Hosted on my VPS, (with cpanel/WHM) requires very little resources or space. Will help transfer site and get it up and running on your own hosting account. Will also let the site remain on my server for up to 4 months after sale.

Winner will also receive all source files for the logo and graphics (AI & PSDs).

The traffic is minimal, but niche and has a high eCPM -- this would be a great addition to a webmaster-related network of sites.

Revenue Details:

The site is currently monetized in two ways: Adsense and CPA Network referrals.

The adsense income is minimal: Averaging about $11/month Average.

CPA Network referals has garnered $70+/month Average.

To understand the revenue, please have a look at this page: http://www.nooti.com/profit/cpa-networks.php - This is where site makes money. Many of the CPA networks listed there pay a % on new publishers referred to there networks.

This page on nooti.com is in the first page of results in Google for "CPA Networks", "CPA Ad Networks"
#1 for "CPA Network list".

The new owner would need to sign up for these CPA networks and replace my referral links with there own. ( I will help with this process if the new owner is unfamiliar with CPA networks).

Also: I have never promoted my CPA network affiliate links anywhere else -- all income from these referrals is exclusively from nooti.com

Traffic Details:

Traffic is mostly through SEs, and social networking sites.

I have never done any promotion for the site other than the link in my signature on webmaster forums.

Notes: The homepage is a pr3, but many of the inner pages have a higher pr including: http://www.nooti.com/design/free-stockphotos.php -- which is a pr5.

I added Google Analytics to the site about a month ago, so if you are interested in purchasing and would like access to the stats, just PM me with your Google email.
