After months of stable income I have decided to sell so I can focus on other projects.
Traffic:
Traffic comes heavily from the Google search engine, Yahoo Search Engine, Various article directories which we submitted articles to and numerous other backlinks. Also this site has well over 200 back links and has tremendous potential to achieve many thousands

Revenue:
Revenue comes from Downloads Of FireFox with Google Toolbar. Everytime a user downloads it I earn $1.00. The Google Firefox Toolbar refferal ad code can be found in the refferal section of your adsense account for those that don't know. As mentioned before website requires no maintanence. I spent around $300 per month advertising the website on Yahoo Search, and Google adwords. With this advertising my income increased to a whopping $3,579 from Google Adsense for the months January -March. Without advertising on these search engines at all the website earns around $400 - $500 monthly. I will provide the keywords I was advertising under to the buyer.

All the Keywords I will provide at the end of the auction that you can use on google addwords & Yahoo. Also this is a very unique opportunity as it is not being advertised in many countries included with the site is a google translation software bar so foreign users can read in their own language which provides even more customers to download from this site

Its a free download so no-one will pay for the software they are downloading and provided you have a google adsense account you will receive earnings every day.

Also i will provide the account settings for Google Adwords so that you will get the best countries to advertise in. Plese understand this is a very unique website & it has extremely little competition because of the product as many people do not know how my system works but I will only provide full details of this to the winning bidder.

    this site is not banned by google for your info they did pay me too and i got paid april too
    also site is relisted

    If you look in the Top left hand corner of the stats
    you will see spreadfoxfire and realestatesz these are on a shared hosting account i have which i host many other domains on
    so you are viewing real stats from my shared hosting account

    The download section is not visible for me in either IE7 or Firefox.. what do I have to install to get it visible?
    Also you mentioned the word community.. what does that refer to? I didn't see any kind of community on the site, other than that looks tempting...

    The Download section is not available all download buttons have been taken off
    you can add these later when you get the site ( The New Owner Only)

    also firefox is a growing community massive actually and the site is not the community but it is part of a massive community
    the site is indexed well on google also it still gets 1000-1500 uniques with no advertising and is growing

    i am thinking of keeping this site now as i dont want to sell really unless the right GENUINE BUYER comes along as it has massive potential
    its an original hand coded site but i will consider all offers

    also the site didnt grow to 5000 visitors in 1 month i will pm you details if you send your email
