Description:

The site contains magic videos, articles, optical illusions, very cool online magic tricks (there's an online card trick that reads your mind).

Traffic:

100+ unique visitors a day (see screen shots) All visitors come through organic traffic.

People navigate on average 6+ pages and spend a reasonable amount of time at the site.

Mailing list:

There are 251 double-opt-in subscribers on the mailing list.

Extras:

There are a pack of 10 magic trick ebooks that come with the site. In the past I've used them as an incentive for signing up to the mailing list or charged a nominal fee.

I have a new design that could be adopted by the purchaser as well that is much more slick. The current design has been used by a few other sites in a similar niche (none of which have the unique content or rank for any of the different terms)

Revenue:

Since the middle of September last year - the site has made:

$65 clickbank (affiliate links)
$18 trickshop (affiliate links)
$30 Paypal (ads, answers to tricks)
$75 google adsense

I haven't actively promoted or optimised the revenue - I just added the links and left them. I also haven't marketed to the mailing list (I've sent site updates and articles instead)

Transfer:

I will assist with transfer of site to your host and will push domain name. I will also help you sign up to the affiliate progams.

    Hi,

    I have nothing against escrow - but am looking for relatively quick payment. As I'm not based in the US - it would need to be escrow with international wire transfer (at the buyer's expense)

    I'm happy to negotiate other forms of payment that will meet my desire for quick payment.
