Description:

This website sells an original info product and membership I created.

The website along with the advertising/promotion system I use takes 2hrs (or less) per day to operate, and is generating approx $800 per month in NET PROFIT.

The new owner will receive the complete website, the domain name, and 30 days of training from myself, which includes all info needed on how to operate, where to advertise, etc... I honestly don't think 30 days of training will be needed, as it's pretty simple to operate, but I will provide training when needed.

The new owner will also have all rights to the product and website, to use and/or change and/or resell, etc... as they wish.

Basically what I do with this website is interview successful business owners, and then post the interviews with a short report. I have a "template" that I use for every interview, so it's actually quite easy. And as previously stated, I will help out the new owner along the way.

***I have placed the Buy Now price at what I consider to be a very good deal, less than 6 months net profit.

I'm happy to answer any questions. However, please only inquire if you have the funds available for purchase. If you do not have the funds, please do not waste both of our time by trying to finance it through me, purchase tips from me, etc...

For those asking why I am selling: Simply moving on, I have various other businesses I operate, including one with my brother, and only so much time in the day.

    Also the site is a membership site correct? How many members do you have currently and will the new owner get the 9.97 a month from these members?

    One more thing :P whats the full date of the site being established?

    you have 0.16 gravity in clickbank how do you make $800 per month with that?

    I see a peak of almost $200 earned per sale sometimes ago what was that?

    Do you run any advertising for the site? If yes can we see conversion rate and profit stats?

    How many interviews are coming with the site?

    Alright, lots of questions to get to.

    Carrielulu: This site is completely separate from 70kPerYear.com, they have nothing to do with each other. Nothing at all.

    NewDimension: That's my secret of course :-) The new owner will receive that info. Yes, it is a membership site. As to how many members, the new owner will receive that info...yes, the new owner will receive these members.

    seriousbidder: I signed up with Clickbank, but never did anything with it. Yes, there are some sales that come through Clickbank, but the vast majority are through my own advertising. I spend approx $200 per month in expenses for the $800 profit. All previous interviews are with the site, which is around 15.

    lindmar: This is Josh Kulp. But there is no duplication of the site, there is only 1 site for sale. I hope this is clear.

    Finally is the traffic method you provide sustainable? I mean will the site continue to get the hits/sales or will they start dieing down? Also can I have an average month by month revenue/profit since August 2007?

    NewDimension: August was around $700 profit...Sept-December was around $900, and since Jan it's been right at $800 per month...I mean, each month might vary by $20 or so...but nothing major.

    Yes, the traffic method is sustainable. I would say as long as there is the internet, and people are looking to be successful, this should continue to work.

    hello thriftyfox please can you send me information showing the revenue proof linked to the site in question as i cant currently tell if this information is relative to the site at hand.

    Will you show the new owner your method of gathering traffic, where from also where to get good paid traffic from that can be converted into revenue. Thanks in advance.
