Description:

The Site

SEO Quote, www.seoquote.co.uk, was setup in December 2006 with the idea of generating search engine optimisation leads for our company.

The site naturally evolved and we began to run it as a portal allowing web design companies across the UK to add their business details for free. Aswell as offering free, targetted content to all users. However due to the administration time required to manage the site we reverted back to the quote site.

The site has currently won us 2 contracts this year.  Contract (1) was for a bi-folding door specialist with a fee quotes of £149.00 + VAT per month for a 12 month minimum.  Contract (2) l cannot disclose but is worth £349.00 + VAT per month for 6 months minimum.

In addition we also quoted for a further 4 SEO contracts which, unfortunately, we did not win.

Traffic for the site is extermely low however the conversion rate, i.e. visits to quote requests is huge.  With some promotion this site could achieve large visitor numbers.

The Price

Ableit, who owe and manage the site, are UK based and VAT registered.  Therefore any price stated or bought for will attract VAT added to the price at a rate of 17.5%

Revenue Details:

Using this site we have won 2 contracts (not transferrable) worth £3882.00 + VAT.  This gives £323.50 + VAT per month.

Traffic Details:

Extremely low visitors per month however every 12 / 13 visitors results in a quote request.

All traffic is organic with no advertising ever spent
