Description:
Paint Eater started out as something else then I decided to make it into a humor site. I try to keep it updated daily or at least throw a good amount of new content a few times a week. Ive been making money via adsense since Jan.
In Jan we had a 12,000 unique day when a picture was featured on reddit.com Was awesome. The traffic was coming in nicely from that and stumble and other people finding it.
I would usually stumble something funny and would get a nice increase of traffic. I decided to let the site sit and just level out to see what would happen.
The site has been running nicely.
IN april we had just under 3000 uniques and for may so far we are at 886 uniques.
For the winner I will also throw in a whole bunch of content i have waiting to be uploaded.
The site runs on humor software. I believe there is a new version out but this one is fine so I left it up there.
I think the script alone was like $50
THe site is fun and there is a lot of funny vids and pictures as well as jokes on there.
Its funny, when you get a good joke on there and stumble it the amount of traffic it can bring is just fantastic!
Ya gotta love the head image. The kid eating the paint chips. Cracks me up!
Revenue Details:
I only had adsense up there. With the traffic the site is getting you should be able to make a little more if you tweak out some ads and placements.
Traffic Details:
Traffic is nice. Very steady at the moment. When I really start to promote I can get some nice boosts in traffic, but like I said earlier I have been letting it level out to see where its at naturally and its not doing so bad.
