Obviously, in this example, we/my company is doing all the work. So something like this is going to cost more than us supplying you with some script, DB, and you doing the rest yourself.

For something like this, where you get it as a turnkey, drive it away and start marketing and making money. You can expect to be dropping in the $X,XXX+ range. But, you should make your money back in a year. If you know how to market, and drive traffic.

Why am I listing it before completed?

Because some buyer(s) may want input on the design work being done next week. They may want more incorporated into the layout then I was going to have done. So this is a chance for a serious buyer to tailor a site more to their liking coming out of the gate.

This is a gold mine for someone serious about the celebrity niche, who wants to hit the ground running with a successful formula. But you are going to invest in that head start. No one is going to give it to you.
