    That's an incredibly nice template, the layout is really clean, logo style, all of it is really, really good..

    I would snap it up in a second if I didn't have so much on the go. Good luck with this auction, I'm sure it will sell fast.

    great template, too bad you only sell it as a psd instead of full css/html.

    It's easy to get a PSD changed over into a HTML/CSS template, there is even software out there that would do it for you.

    Thanks, Hockey. I'm selling it as a PSD so it can be ported into a system of choice. If I break it up for say Joomla, that would exclude someone who wanted to use it for something like PHPFox or e107. By selling it this way, it can be ported into the system of choice.

    Jake, the BIN price has been lowered from $500 to $300. :)
