The site was not ranked highly when it started making the sales, but now it is making more and more sales, and the traffic is shooting up ever since the rank went up. So remember that you will probably get more sales than this shows right now.
Monetization:
The site is not monetized much and only has one income stream at the moment - affiliate sales of a CB ebook. you can add other ways or even promote your own product.
