Up for grabs today we have a Pagerank 5 Technology blog/magazine run by wordpress entitled SweetHacks Technology Blog.
SweetHacks.com is all about Technology such as the latest gadgets, blogging tips, hacking and more. We have been live for nearly one year with the domain being over 1 year old.
SweetHacks.com currently gets 2000-2400 daily unique visitors as stated by the server installed application Webalizer. We have an average of 150 subscribed RSS subscribers that receive our articles/posts directly to their reader/email. Most of our traffic comes from referrals strictly followed why search engine (google, yahoo etc).
Most of my traffic (Roughly 40%) are from the U.S which leaves you room to generate even more money with affiliate deals.
Second is the United Kingdom followed by Australia.
SweetHacks.com runs on the latest edition of wordpress theme designed by Brian Gardner. This theme is not free design which means we have spent good money to get a unique look which really brings out the authenticity of our blog. We believe to be a known figure in the technology scene especially for our guides on cell/mobile handsets and consoles.
Host costs roughly $5-10 dependind on what you use, we recommend a dedicated server which you can get from our sponsors, micfo.com.
SweetHacks gets steady traffic from mentions of similar blogs when a good article has been composed. It is not uncommon to have articles stumbled by hundreds of users when it is interesting and written with passion and brains. dnScoop, a great domain name evaluator estimates the total value of sweethacks.com at $10,388
This figure is manily based on the Domain age, Pagerank, Traffic Level and monthly income. I personally want $6000 which is 4,388 saving on the dnScoop suggested price. Furthermore, personal appraisals have suggested SweetHacks.com to sell for roughly $9000 which is based on a lot fo factors such as traffic, value of website due to pagerank, backlinks etc.
Obviously there is room to the wanted price but it does have its limits. Before you bid, please be honest and only bid if you INTEND TO BUY.

Last 3 month I have been really busy to write up reviews as I have been struggling to complete assignments for my university as well as exams, however I have made really good money from sponsoredreviews.com in the past year or so, the latest being in january where I raked in $136.50 from 2 reviews.
