I’m listing a nice and clean website directory which receives around 50 submissions a day.

 

The site is listed on some popular directory lists and receives 3000+ visitors a month. All traffic comes from the popular directory lists like directory critic and lazyurl.

 

I have paid to have featured positions on directory critic and a couple of other popular directory list sites. Those listings are lifetime.

 

I have chosen to sell this directory as I cant keep up with the submissions. This site will be good for any marketer or anyone who already has an established directory, you can just redirect the traffic from this site to your directory or have two directories.

 

At the moment the site receives around 50 submissions a day which is fine, but with a bit more promotion you can increase that number.
The site hasn’t been monetized yet but you can integrate google adsense into each page.

 

Hosting is paid for 6 months so that gives the new owner plenty of time to transfer the site to his/her server.

 

I will also assist on the transfer of the site as well if need be.

 

I haven’t set a reserve price but would like around $150 - $200 to make back the money I have spent on promoting the site. The domain itself is valued at $450.

If you buy it now, I will submit the site to 100 pr4+ website directories. (or any website you own)

 

The domain is registered with godaddy.com and is over 8 months old.
