What:
BosDev, Inc (http://www.bosdev.com) started as a dream in 2002. Since then, BosDev has grown to 1750 customers with over 2400 licenses to our products sold.
BosDev currently products and customizes 6 products, ranging from a web events calendar, to a business directory. Each of the products are listed below:
BosDates - http://www.bosdev.com/bosdates/ - A powerful multi-calendar/multi-user events calendar. This calendar system is popular with clubs, city governments, churches, school districts and more
BosDates Lite - http://www.bosdev.com/bosdateslite/ - A limited version of BosDates allowing for a single calendar with multiple admin users. Limited in function compared to BosDates

Why:
BosDev has grown to the point where I am no longer capable of giving it the time it requires. My life has evolved past the point where I am able to sit by the computer constantly, and I feel myself no longer capable to offer my customers the service I feel they require. I also wish to begin working on new, non-related product ideas, and am unable to pursue those ideas while maintaining BosDev products.
Six years of my life have gone into this company, building it from a dream into a profitable business.
I feel that a new, fresh set of eyes would take BosDev to the next level. The expansion possibilities of the existing products is tremendous. Customer loyalty is very high, with many customers purchasing multiple licenses to the products. All current advertising has been suspended as of Q3 2007, however sales are still being made monthly. With a renewed advertising blitz, monthly sales figures of $3,000.00 would be easily obtained.
How:
Transfer of existing domain and hosting account would most likely be the best course of action. Many portions of the site, such as demo reloads and registration processes are set to this specific server configuration. If however the buyer wishes to move content to their own server, my assistance would be offered in ensuring the site performed correctly on the new server.
BosDev currently uses AuthorizeNet for all transactions, with a custom written series of scripts to automate the purchasing experience. Assistance would be offered to the buyer to change to their perferred payment gateway.
Monthly sales information, bank statements, tax information and more will be provided to serious buyers upon request.
