Background:

The site has been established in early 2006, with the beginning purpose is for my bobby. I am learning commerce, but still want to study about website development, so I tried WordPress, and run this website. The visitors came, became a member and start sharing tutorials, ebooks, training video, and other educational materials

Fortunately, the number of visitors is increasing rapidly, from a shared hosting, I must change to a dedicated server at the planet, and now I am hosting it on server of my friend 's network.

Why I sell this site ?

As I mentioned, I am a commerce student, and I will graduate in next 3 months, with tons of assignments and examinations, I nearly have no time to maintain and develop it, although I have many great ideas to expand this business. The most important reason is that I am living in an Asia country, and now I want to find some money to study oversea. I was wrong when choosing commerce to study, I am more interesting in web development. Till now, I can' take money from my parents for my education, so I decided to sell it.

I really want to sell to a person who would have more time and abilities to develop it more. The site is really potential for any kind of internet or ecommerce business, especially social network or online community (not because I am selling and I say so) with more than 93,000 members, and many active members. I am very happy to discuss and give my ideas and experiences for the buyer in order to make it better.

How much time I spend for this site daily ?

Around 30 min - 1 hour. I am not kidding, because till this moment, the site is running itself, users usually post their stuff daily, and then I just need to read, edit to make it nice and clean, finally publish it.

What are the site 's features ?

I have developed and integrated many WordPress plugins to make the site easily to maintain than ever. That 's why I could manage it myself for years without any help. I will show you the works flow and give you a small script which helps you manage the site without any difficulities.

More than that, I have just finished a package of script which will help you attract more members, increase members' activities and of course, generate even more and more traffic.

How much the site costs ?

I am running it on a server of my friend, so I am not sure how much it will cost however, some months a go, I hosted on MediaTemple for 1 week on a Dedicated Virtual for $100 / month with many other sites because my friend needed to upgrade his devices. It was running very smoothly with that hosting package.

Is it a warez site ?

Honestly, I am really not sure. At the beginning, it was just a personal blog on WordPress.com in order to post some favorites stuff such as good books, nice tutorials and so one; now it has became a huge site. I always try to keep it clean, that means I never place and kinds of adult, porn or gambling advertisings even those stuff would give me higher CPM and income as well.

Revenue Details:

Truly, the revenue is quite fluctuate in the past, however now, I have found more advertising provider which could bring me a very good revenue, so the total revenue is increasing.

Yes, a representative of adonNetork has contacted me recently to place their advertising on the site. I just only tried for the 160x600 inventories.

Mike, Director of Business Development, discussed with me and told that if I top running VibrantMedia products, and replace by Kontera 's ones, it will bring me around $1000 monthly but I didn't try yet. If you are interested, you may try with him

More than that, you can increase more revenue by placing Yahoo! Ads, I was not accepted by Yahoo because I don't live in U.S.A, with Yahoo! Ads, you could have your income more than $1000 easily.
