6) We spent a lot on advertising to attract new affiliates. A lot of that advertising is still active and you will benefit from that.

Why We Are Selling:

The main partner is now in heavy training now for the police academy and other partners are busy with other projects and life commitments. We don't have enough time do affiliate support, set up new offers, etc.

Expenses:

$999 monthly for DirectTrack + really small stuff like envelopes for mailing checks to affiliates, etc.

    Definitively provide a demo account, some stats etc. IE you can have 500 affiliates and only like 10 of them generate revenues.

    MusicLyrics, the traffic volume to offers comes via a separate tracking domain. The company's domain itself gets little traffic.

    Since this business began in Dec 07, how long has it been earning $9k/month? I'm assuming it just hit $9k this month?

    What are the average earnings over the last 5 months?

    I assume you are willing to sign a non-compete?

    Is this a software license that you have purchased and are able make change / add various features,
    OR is an ASP
    where you are bound by an ASP model where everyone that signs up with DirectTrac
    has the exact same features with nothing for you to be able to differentiate your service
    from the XXXX # of others that sign up with them?

    What percentage of that revenue is coming from your top 10 affiliates? If 10-20 super affiliates are generating all of your profit, it would be very easy for that number to shoot down.
    Also what percentage do you profit off each lead/sale?

    Since the average affiliate pays about 90 to 95 percent to the affiliate does that mean you are only generating about $450 a month in revenue for yourself.

    no, read what it says at the top 6k-10k monthly PROFITS ..profits=revenue. Thats how much its generating...its gross is most likely alot more.
