Description:

Ventedoy is one of the earliest bidding directory. Launched on December 2006 and at that time, the terms bidding directory or bid for position directory not even exist.

Ventedoy using wordpress as a platform with custom plugin that created exclusively for me and I never sell or share it with anyone else. This directory also have unique design.

Cost of maintenance is very low, ie only domain and hosting. I'd submitted to lots of web directories before, purchased lots of permanent links and most of the backlinks also come from press release that I made when I launched this site and from the link in wordpress theme.

Ventedoy also one of the top at several list of directories ie Aviva Strongest Directories, DirectoryRate and Bidilicious.

SEOmoz page strength is 5.5 and currently have about 110,000 backlinks in yahoo and 163 blog reactions in technorati.

PR5 since last 3 updates.

I also create a strongest bidding directory list where it be a reference on several blogs and forums.

Buyer will get the full right to the wordpress theme and you may update it to latest version and re-release it again.

If sell at BIN price, I will also include another bidding directory www.dare2bid.com which also using the same script.

Revenue Details:

Jan 2008 - $330.10

Feb 2008 - $269

March 2008 - $256.50

May 2008 (1 - 14) - $148

All revenues are from the submission where the minimum submission fee is $5 and minimum fee to upgrade listing is $1. The $5 fee I'd set about a year ago when this directory still PR4. If you set the minimum fee to $10, its still reasonable and you can earn more.

Traffic Details:

Most of traffic comes from bookmark, wordpress.org, wordpress themes site, blogs and webmaster forum.

Most of visitors are bloggers and webmaster
