This is NOT an adult site. Although, you play the role of a strip club manager, we don't allow nudity, etc within the site.
I created this site back in August of 2006. It was a text based pimp game which I converted. Since then, it has made me well over 60K U.S.D.
-Why am I selling?
Quite simply, I need the cash and am going back to work full time away from home.
-Why am I selling so cheap?
I just need to move it and move on.
-Is the site difficult to run?
No, the site is 90% automated. Just monitor or hire admins(volunteers) to monitor that rules are being followed and take 2 seconds at the end of each round to run the script to hand out prizes and that's it.
-How many signups do you have?
I just recoded and relaunched the entire site so i have 2 mysql databases. The old database(which will transfer with the site) contains roughly 5800 registrations. The new one contains roughly 150 registrations.
-How much traffic does the site get?
The site doesn't currently generate alot of organic traffic as it's hard to SEO due to the pages being passworded. When i was running a forum on the site, using phpbb, the site had over 1200 indexed pages and was generating approximately 500 unique visitors a day. The user base is small because I haven't had the time to market the site, SEO, etc. With a little effort and advertising, the active player base can grow easily. Again, I just don't have the time or the motivation to deal with it and to be blunt, the site has made a sufficient income for me without alot of work in either of these areas.
I can't guarantee it of course but i've no doubt this site can generate far more income each month with just a little marketing and TLC.
I respect the fact that everyone has an opinion and hope that everyone will respect the fact that i've paid for this listing and not make negative comments if you have no interest in purchasing this site.

We are willing to take personal/business checks for this auction however, we will not transfer the site/domain(s) until they clear.
Revenue Details:
The income varies depending on time of year etc but has averaged 2500.00 per month over the course of time i've had it online. Income comes directly from the players themselves who buy "credits" to be used as turns within the game, extra turn subscriptions, crew turn packages or to purchase upgraded weapons. Players can play for free but can purchase extra turns. Most of the time this is done via the automated paypal script but we do occasionally sell credits via moneygram, western union, personal checks etc. This will obviously be up to the new owner to choose to do so or not but i've found it helpful to players with no paypal account as well as the additional income for me.
The site has also been approved for, but i've not installed the script, selling credits via 900# and SMS messaging. I'll transfer this account to the new owner should they wish to install it.
I'll be more than willing to provide paypal screenshots of the site's income to serious buyers. Bear in mind, i've done NO marketing in the last 8-10 months yet the income has been fairly steady ranging from 1,000-4000 per month in paypal receipts. I no longer have any proof of any other form of payment so please, base your bid on the paypal receipts alone.
Additional note...I've never run any type of ppc or ppa ads on the site, this could be another nice source of income for the new owner.
