    Possibly I am missing something here...

    Normally sites sell for 10-12 months of revenue. I have seen up to 24 months for exceptional sites with obvious growth potential.

    You are asking 2 mil. If we take the high end of profits - $30,000 and divide that into $2,000,000 that is 66 months of profits - 5 years of profits up front. Is this not a bit much?

    I don't think this site will sell here... you need a seasoned internet broker who can properly list your site and get it sold... Most people here are looking for 10-12 month rev or at the most 24 months...

    Thank you for your comments. I think that site value is not based on revenue because revenues can grow (or can be lower) depending on what someone can (and want) do with site. Site has very loyal visitors and that's its value.

    All of logos are uploaded by site visitors.

    Script for site is custom made and well documented, written in PHP. About legal aspects, it can be long story, but in short, most of logotypes are uploaded by their owners or people with permission to use/upload logos. We have some protection scripts to prevent publishing of logos which we were requested not to publish.
