I am currently selling my website which sells online business opportunities. Since i launched the site last year, every month sales have grown and so has its popularity

The site currently has over 2,272 back links and is a PR 3.

The site gets on average 80 hits a day all unique from google searches and is growing week by week. I have put alot of SEO work and time into the site and is currently rank page 1 of google for the following keywords:

The site makes money by selling websites.

I will also include 14GB of website templates, logos, graffics, flash etc to help with the design work.

It takes me about 1 hour to design the website for a customer when they purchase.

on average i sell about 1 - 2 sites a week. Recently i sold 7 in 2 weeks because of the recent PR update which i jumped from 0 - 3 and the traffic has increased with new keywords appearing high in googles searchs

The site also has a blog which currently the readers are growing week by week via RSS feeds. The site also has a forum currently has 40 members

The website doesn't have any google adsense on at the moment but when it did it was making $4 a day at xmas so i imagine if this was added the revenue from this would double to $8 a day easily

Over the past 6 months the site has turned over $15,785.60

    The sale prices are varied due to me experimenting with changing the prices on the site every month and now i think the price for a website business at £395 seems to be just right

    The site has enormous potential for growth as currently its only selling 4 website ideas. I've had alot of customers emailing for different kind of sites so this would be a good opportunity to add to the site. Plus the sale of business packages, ebooks etc.

    Also several inner pages are also PR 3

    PR3 means it has a page rank of 3. Do a search on Google to find out what Page Rank means
