Hi everyone,
I’m selling a site in the home loan niche. It was created with search engine friendly design, titles and navigation. This is a completely handwritten website with 18 unique and original articles. Home loan is one of the hottest niche with lots of monetization models.

This site is getting around 100 unique visitors a month. It’s adsense earnings in April was $43.71. To date, it has made $5.45 in May. This is in consideration that we are still in the middle of the month and I’ve not done any promotion to the site for this month.

All content on the site are unique and includes longtail keywords with little competition. I’ve only done some article marketing to Ezinearticles for this site in April and resulted in $43.71 in adsense. Imagine if you were to roll out a full fledge traffic campaign… You can also consider adding mortgage or finance related CPA offers on this site. There are unlimited potential for this website.

The domain is over 2 years old and is registered at Godaddy so it’s a free transfer. You will need a free Godaddy account for me to transfer the domain name to you. No I won't transfer to other registrars.
