I am unloading another one of my previous website projects which was more of an experiment but never had the time to promote properly.

howtogetridofmanboobs.org is a really great male weight loss niche website that I'm sure will make the lucky winner a nice steady income. Aa excellent content website with 21 pages of high quality unique content.

Some of the features of this website include:
- 21 Search Engine Optimized Pages
- Fantastic Website Graphics
- Completely Unique Design and Content
- Adsense Optimized.
- Promoting a fantastic, well paying and converting Clickbank product.

Traffic comes in from the search engines. If you have the time to do some basic promotion on this site, you could easily get a few hundred free visitors every day from the search engines and should be able to generate a steady income.

The site is monetized by adsense and a relevant Clickbank product which pays $25.00 per sale.
The website has great potential due to the great design and large amount of unique content.
The subject matter of the content is certainly very attractive to the search engines.

    Have all the articles been written unique to this site or are they re-written PLR?

    Does the site run on any platform or are these straight html pages?

    I know you have only just added adsense but has the affilate link produced any income since site launch or has it had alternative ads on in the past?

    Any license issue with the photos or header image?

    Sorry for the late reply and thanks for your interest.

    The reserve is $150 for this site. I also have http://hangover-cure.net which is due to come up for sale. This site is only a few days old so there is no traffic/income.

    To answer your other questions:

    All the articles been written are unique to this site.

    the site is straight html pages

    There has been income since site launch as it has never been monitized until very recently. However, it gets one or two clicks from adsense every day.

    All the photos are royalty free and do not need any license.
