I created the site in August 2006. It basically works by having a free offer on the homepage of 10 unique Blogger & Wordpress themes. When people sign up, they are presented with a one time offer of 100 unique themes with some other related bonuses (http://www.adsenseblogthemes.com/OTO.html) which sells for $37.
Since the original launch I did very little towards running and promoting the site. However, in late December I lowered the one time offer price down and offered another Adsense related product to the homepage. This lead to more sales of the main product and also regular sales of the additional product.
The site gets a reasonably good amount of traffic each month and has some good rankings for various blog theme related keywords. All traffic is organic and comes from search engines and affiliates.

This month alone, the site has been found by 494 different keyphrases in the search engines.
Over 2850 Subscribers
There is a list of 2850+ double optin subscribers included in this sale and the site itself gets around 100-200 double optin subscribers each month. I have only been sending out affiliate promotions to the list 1-2 a month (sometimes not even 1) and have reasonable conversions on $7 - $27 products. These have been straight affiliate commissions or products I have purchased rights to. For each email in this price range, I usually get 10-20 sales. The winning buyer gets exclusive rights to this list and I will remove it from my aweber account.
The list will be provided in csv format and includes name, email, time & date stamped IP address etc.
Built In Affiliate Program

As previously stated, I have done almost no promotion since launch so there is a lot of potential with the site. The email list is very underused and can easily bring in a lot more profit each month.
I get no support issues whatsoever with the themes, so that won’t be an issue for the buyer of the site. I am of course always willing and available to help sort out any issues that you may get with the themes.
