Up for sale is my Review Site. Established just over 1 year ago, GovernmentAuctionSiteReviews.com was created when I left the post of Affiliate Program Manager for one of the largest Government Auction Membership sites.
I took what I had learned there, plus my long experience in Affiliate Marketing, and created this site. Revenue is generated from affiliate sales of membership sites, all on Clickbank.
The site averaged over 2000 visitors per month from May until November when I shattered my arm in an accident. During my "recovery" period, I began getting involved in other projects, and lost much of the enthusiasm I once had for the site.
Marketing has consisted almost entirely of article submission, blog posts, and a Squidoo Lens, which I will include with the sale.
I will also include dozens of articles, some of which have never been submitted, and all of which can be 'spun' and re-submitted. These were all either written by me, or outsourced professionally.
The site cleared between $5k and $7k it's first few months. With just an hour or two per day spent submitting a couple of articles, writing blog posts, etc., the site will return to its previous sales numbers, and frankly, if the new owner wanted to really make a go of it, there's no reason it couldn't double, perhaps even triple it's revenue achievements. As the former Affiliate Manager for the largest Gov. Auctions membership site, I can tell you that one site alone receives hundreds of sign-ups per day.
It's worth noting that 80% of the traffic is organic with an average visit of almost 2 minutes - meaning visitors spent time reading the reviews, and then clicked through and purchased.
The site has a Google Pagerank of 2, with over 300 inbound links.
In addition to the Squidoo Lens optimized to send traffic to the review site, I will include a Blogger blog that I used to "funnel" links and traffic as well.
Also, I will do all the necessary transferring and setup of the site, and include 6 months free hosting.
And on top of all that, I will spend whatever time the new owner would like to teach you how to market the site and grow revenues, something I know how to do very well.

This is not a "set-and-forget" site, though it will generate recurring revenue even if you do just that. However it is best suited to someone who wants to put a little effort into basic marketing, and will provide a huge return on time spent.
Revenue Details:
The site has generated $44,000 in affiliate commissions in 1 year, giving it a monthly average of $3,666.
Sales have dropped since November when I shattered my arm in an accident. I curtailed most of my promoting activities in December.
A few hours per week promoting the site will bring the revenue back to where it was, and beyond, almost immediately.
Traffic Details:
80% is organic, coming mostly from MSN and Live, with about 15% of that coming from Google.
The remainder is 'referral' coming mostly from Ezinearticles, the Squidoo Lens, and the Blogger blog.
Please keep in mind, traffic averaged around 2000 uniques per month when I was actively promoting it, but has dropped sharply.
This is where the opportunity lies, as just a few hours per week will bring the traffic back to where it was, and beyond.
