I am listing www.dfwtourism.com for your consideration.

Let's start at the obvious.  For those of you who don't know what "DFW" is or means, let me tell you.  "DFW" is the abbreviation for the 12 county Dallas/Fort Worth/Arlington Metroplex Area, the 4th largest metropolitan area in the United States.  Not only is DFW the airport call sign, but anyone from Texas will know instantly when you say "DFW" or "The Metroplex" that you are talking about the Dallas/Fort Worth areas.

Domain: DFWdomains.com are almost as rare as Dallas or FortWorthdomains.com.  Most all meaningful domains are taken, and suprisingly a great majority are developed.  I can give you hundreds of DFW domains that are developed if need be. 

Website: This website was very well planned.  It begins with a Wordpress foundation to make it easy for you to change, update, add advertisements, etc.  The website was build with many add slots for each individual city.  The website includes city histories, demographics, calendar, attractions, and much more.   It is a very nicely designed and smooth website.

SEO: This website was built with SEO in mind.  It has a great Wordpress PermaLink structure and was built to help indexing of every major city in the DFW Metroplex through URL's.  The site currently ranks:

"dfw tourism"

#1 in yahoo ( above the actual dallas/fort worth tourism coalition website)

#21 in google (quickly starting move

This website also ranks for terms such as "dallas tourism" "fort worth tourism" "dallas fort worth tourism" "arlington tourism" "metroplex tourism" etc.

These rankings keep moving up every couple of days.

I have done 0 link work on this website, that is all natural, with any link population work your rankings will jump very fast.

Traffic: Is still minimal as I have just fully developed the website.  It is starting to get about 20-50 uniques each day and it widely varies.  This is due to search engine listing increases etc.  If you are buying based solely on traffic, then this is probably not the website for you.  Since the traffic is so limited I will probably not provide traffic stats.

Plan: This website was built to bring in revenue in several ways.

#2 banner ad sales

#3 it was built with the unique concept of the ONLY downloadable DFW tour guide.  This provides an avenue for charging advertising and delivering a product to the end user that they normally have to wait weeks in the mail for.  A great pitching point to advertisers.

 

As you see this site was well thought out, well built, and could make someone a very nice little money maker.  I would suspect that through projections even on the small side, you should be able to make $1-2k every 3 months off of Tour Guide ad sales, and $300-1k off of adsense/banner ad sales.

 

There is much more that could be added to this website.  It is just waiting to be in the hands of someone with more time than I to commit to it.  I have several other websites that are demanding my attention and I don't want to neglect such a good website that is in its infancy and prime time to take it up the SE"s and fly with it.
