Description:
The Mobile Remote Control and Online Social Network Television System has been in development for several months, including extensive demo and beta testing in order to develop a working version of the technology.
Synopsis
The technology allows end users to use their mobile phones as remote controls to control on-screen content on their computer, game console, etc. It gives users access to watch broadband content such as television shows, movies, music videos, etc. and share the realtime viewing experience with an unlimited group of friends located anywhere in the world...watching the same thing at the same time controlled by mobile phone. Controls include simultaneous play, pause, fast forward, rewind and channel surfing.
PromoMobile.net is a demonstration of the Mobile Remote Control that enables anyone to broadcast fullscreen broadband television channels to any online Computer or Game Console such as Nintendo Wii, Sony Playstation 3, Broadband Set-top Box, WebTV and more. Invite friends to watch together, Live, and channel surf in Real-time from anywhere 'Location Free'.

Patent Pending Technology
Two provisional patents have been filed in 2008. These were written and filed by the leading LosAngeles intellectual property law firm who will assist in the transfer of the intellectual property rights and the overall transaction.
Attny Dkt No. 101358.0004PRO1 SHARED MEDIA SYSTEM, COMMAND AND CONTROL (Feb. 2008)
Attny Dkt No. 101358.0006PRO1: Simulated Broadcast Synchronization (March 2008)
The included technology and IP also covers technology that allows a group of mobile users to stream video (and chat) on device simultaneously and control the experience for the group from within the mobile interface. Essentially, it is a mobile remote control that is used to control the content being viewed/accessed on a an unlimited group of mobile phones, simultaneously.
The existing development work allows for easy modifications in the business plan as well as the additions/use of the broader extensions of this technology including: Mobile to Mobile interaction, Location Free content viewing via user created channels, Wii and Sony Playstation Compatibility, additional social networking features (mobile to on-screen chat), interactive gameplay, etc. The developers are prepared to support the project and/or customize the features as needed provided there is a marginal budget. We are currently focused on developing and launching another innovative mobile project and don't have the time/attention to devote to taking both to market at the same time. The funds from this sale will aid in the development, marketing and launch of our other project.
