Description:

This site is a PR 4, one year old - I registered the domain on 6/14/07, and the domain is still registered at namecheap.com until 6/14/2009.

It's tiny, just a single page. I set it up with all good intentions of building the site out, and then using it to build an email list and eventually sell an ebook on the Law Of Attraction. However, I got busy, and I've lost all inspiration for writing the ebook.

What's included?

You receive the domain name, the site, and a nine-page report, "The Universe Says YES: Ten Simple Ways To Manifest Your Dreams With The Powerful Law Of Attraction". Read the report here: http://www.box.net/shared/6cw90xkw0s

I've been offering this freebie report as a download in exchange for email addresses.  (58 people are on the mailing list currently, but I've never emailed them.) The report has a couple of affiliate links in it. The report is in both MS Word and PDF, so you can do whatever you like with it - add your own links, or sell the report if you wish.

The content on the site, and the content of the report are professional - I'm a copywriter.

Why's the site a PR 4 when it's so tiny? I do have some links going to it from my other sites - http://copywriter.typepad.com/ for example, so that might explain it.

Most visitors are coming from Google. (See image.)

In May 2008, the site received 152 unique visitors, which isn't too bad, considering there's been no promotion of the site at all.

In a nutshell, you get:

  • The domain name
  • The site
  • The report with all rights, in MS Word and PDF, and royalty-free images
  • The 58 names on the mailing list
  • Any current links to the site from my other sites will be maintained for at least one year

This is the first time I've sold a site, so I imagine there's info I've left out. Just ask.

My reason for selling is that I have way too many sites, and too little time to look after them. It's a shame to let this site go to waste, it has excellent potential. Since I'll never do anything with it, it might as well go to a good home. :-)

Revenue Details:

No revenue to date - I haven't monetized the site at all.

Traffic Details:

Traffic mostly from Google, also from my other sites.
