Description:

Appendicitis Symptoms is a one-month old health niche website. A custom template has been created for it (which will be used again, and you will not have full rights to - you will obtain the rights to continue using it however). A custom logo has also been created for it (which you will obtain full rights of). You will also own the domain name and the content.

It currently has 14 pages of content. It has been running for only one month, and has earned just under $50.00 (due to developmental stages). You will notice that most days the number of traffic that it receives daily stays about the same... But the CTR varies quite heavily.

Revenue Details:

This website currently earns in AdSense, and solely AdSense. If you were to add Kontera Textlinks and/or CSE (or just some more ad networks), it would be capable of almost double it's current earnings.

Traffic Details:

About 95% of this websites search engine traffic comes from Google, the rest comes from smaller search engines such as Ask.com. This website has not yet developed a reputation with Yahoo.

    It's not looking accurate with approximately 50% of the traffic directly entering the URL / coming from a bookmark - however it has been attached.

    After the very recent addition (approximately 3 hours ago) of a link on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Appendicitis#Symptoms), the website has earned $2.03 with 172 hits in AdSense so far today.

    Stroke Treatments is for sale. However it does not earn all that much (I have done the same amount of link building, with no success).

    I want to see Stroke Treatments out of my face at $400.00 - as it does have potential (for most of it's keywords, it is near to the 1st page), it has got a fair amount of high-quality content, it has a unique logo and has a superb domain name.

    I do not have Google Analytics installed on the website. There are not other payment options than PayPal. I am PayPal Verified. It only earned $0.44 yesterday. The SERP's often go up/down - I am sure that you would have noticed that looking at how the revenue goes up/down as well (therefore the value of the site is not decreased).

    hi can you please provide adsense for the month of June during the auction period. I understand the fluctuations associated with adsense, but wish to see the same level of revenue as those on screenshot to justify the BIN. how easy is it to add articles? Also, i have never purchased any site with paypal - how is this done to protect both parties?

    $1.52 for the past 4 days (significant drop to $0.08 yesterday). I think the better way to go would be to find advertisers and create your own ad block to sell the links for a fixed monthly price. It is easy to add articles - but I'd recommend that if you were looking at doing so to create includes for the menu. To purchase a website with PayPal - I would first forward the domain to your NameCheap account, then you would send the payment, and I would offer access to the files on the website. I am going to lower the BIN to $1000.
