I am selling 4 word press blogs with clean, keyword rich domain names, great content, etc.  I just don’t have the time to run these anymore.  I do not want to sell the domains only, I am pricing these according to the money in resources (link building, writing content, etc) that I have put in.
These could be great for a web design or marketing company to take over and can be a great source of leads and revenue.
I would prefer to sell them all together to a company or individual that wants to take over the blogs and build them up

    Thanks for your question. We get (total) aout 15 to 20 web marketing leads from these blogs a month right now.

    1. Why is escrow not acceptable and
    2. You quote monthly revenue as $1,000. Where does that come from and does it include a deduction for the time you spend on the blogs?

    Here are the answers to your questions:

    **This is my first time sell websites on this forum and I did not see the in the back end interface. That said, if you wish to purchase these websites, then I will accept escrow.

    **This is the estimate of: affiliate revenue and leads that the 4 blogs generate. This is why I am asking the price that I am since, I spent a significant resource and time building these blogs, so this is where the time and resource was factored in).
