Up for sale is an established online store creator Spotmerchant. This is one of the most advanced store creator out there. I am selling this because I don’t have the resource to develop the business side of the company.

Google Checkout Level 2 Integration has been completed, and it is listed as a Google Checkout partner at https://checkout.google.com/seller/integrate_cart.html.

The site was developed over 7 months, and is coded in PHP 5, MySQL 5, and the Prototype JavaScript library. All individual stores are store on separate databases, and are independent of each other, but share the same base codes. The server currently used is Fedora Core 6, but can be adapted other Linux flavors.

Buyer will receive all rights to the source code, labor for complete install on your server, and all current customers migrated to your server.
There is a reserve, but I will consider selling if it’s not met. I can meet in person in San Francisco with buyer.

    What is the revenue model behind the website? are you adding products that users can buy and you get commissions on the product sales made through the shops?

    I see, and how do clients add products to their stores? do you provide a list of products through sites like amazon and ebay? or do they sell their own products?

    what about technical supports? what if the new owner does not know much about how the system works? Do you get alot of questions about how to..... from your current clients?

    Surprised that nobody asked:
    WHY you have not started charging for the service and all accounts are still in free trial?
    With some income you could sell easier and higher.

    This point alone is what worries me. Could u elaborate?

    This software is a lot more complicated then xcart, and it requires a lot of setting up. To commodize it, I would need to take out a lot of the customize scaling modifications. Therefore, I think it's best for me to stick to the original plan and only sell to one owner.
