Hello everyone,

 

I am selling 5 ready to go websites. I've integrated AdSense on almost all websites and the ones which I haven't will be implemented soon. The themes are just fantastic for adsense or any other ad network and the niches are really great - you'll receive high CPC clicks from them.

 

Here is the list of sites :

http://www.guide2forex.info - It has like 7,500 words of unique content totaling around 12 - 13 pages.

http://www.learn-mortgage.info - Really great niche. My friend told me that mortgage niche usually receives 1$+ - 15$ per click.

http://www.moremortgage.info - the same niche as above.

http://homeagentsrealty.com/ - Real Estate is another fantastic niche. You'll receive some great CPC for this.

http://www.AcneInfoBank.com - It's related to Acne. The domain is currently being reviewed by Name.com and I am not able to publish the files, nor change NS. The design is already ready.

 

Domains

All the domains expect AcneInfoBank.com has been registered at GoDaddy. Acneinfobank.com is on Name.com currently being reviewed by them. Buyer will be given a free push.

 

Hosting

All sites expect HomeAgentsRealty.com are at HostGator and Homeagentsrealty.com at my friend's server. I can host the site for 2 months maximum at my hosting. If you don't have a host, I'd highly recommend HostGator.

 

Most of the sites are running at WordPress. Only AcneInfobank.com has a customized design. I'd recommend wordpress as its easier or if you wish to go for HTML, I'd convert them to HTML, however, it'll affect permalinks.

 

The sites are brand new so assume little traffic and no revenue. If you have any questions, please PM me.

 

I am looking for offers around 270 - 280$ for the lot.

Traffic Details:

As I said, the sites are very new, so assume very little traffic. Some promotions like stumbles, digg etc. could easily bring in 100 - 200 visits/day or possibly more.
