Description:

We are selling www.luxaco.com our premium pr6 website directory.Earnings for the website since december 2007 has been 500.00 - $2000 a month.We have traffic coming from digital point and we are #8 in google for some popular keywords.We have one steady client who buys anywhere from 10-30 links per month @ 20.00 each.

The site has been pr6 since we put a directory on it , it use to be a hosting company and we still provide some hosting for some backlinks.After site is sold we will still continue to do the hosting as that client uses us for other tech work and development projects.The site has internal pr4 and pr5 pages.

The reason for selling is honestly the past one month the spam has been horrible that for a time we had to shut down completely just to remove all the listings , ban a large number of ips who caused the issue and we have hired rob/anon from digital point forum to upgrade the script and the span guard will be installed.We will include the hosting for 1 year to new owner and any tech support you may need.The template is custom and you have exclusive rights to it.All listings are for one year and plenty will expire in next 30-60 days.

To run this directory properly ,you need  2-3 hours a day .If you want to install a blog or do any modifications we are open to including this int he price as well.

I have a general idea what the site is worth but will not disclose my reserve.I think the BIN is very fair considering the reputation of the site and stability it has in earnings.

Revenue Details:

Revenue is low 500 - high $2000 a month for 8 months so i averaged it to $1000.00 I have one client who spends $400-$600 a month .Any more specific revenue questions i will reply to bidders only.If you need references I can provide it.

Traffic Details:

traffic comes from search engines , webmaster forums and from established clients.

    hi everyone , I will only reply to those that are serious .There is a reserve set for this auction .please indicate what proof of income you wish?Contact info of the bidders /screenshots of the admin?site has paypal installed but for bulk orders they are wired to our bank or if casino clients they ill pay via moneybookers.today site has made already over $200.00

    you can see that gambling sites do submit alot there ,if you have any personal issues with this industry you may not be happy with luxaco.

    Are we allowed to delete the casino links? A lot of premium directory owners don't like casino links also like poker,porn and so on?

    hello sorry you cant delete the links until they expire,one guy paid almost 800.00 so i dont think he will be happy to have the link down without refunds.Anyone who buys the site must sign a contract that ANY casino link that is there that is removed,you are responsible for the refunds .poker and porn is two serperate things. it is a directory listing ,you can think what you will about google and the selling links. A blog has been designed for the site ,i own the template and will include it with reserve .My own ideas was to have the members able to signup to the blog and be able to list their own review page as they know their business best. To do this website justice and take it to the next level you need to spend couple hours a day on it.We canhelp with any tech issues as we have our own servers and full time tech people on staff.

    I am just wondering how can this site require 2-3 hours of work per day to be run properly... It looks like an autopilot. Is this work related to promoting the site ?

    Its to remove spam links... so hmm why do let links come in the "Latest Links" place when they have not done any payment to the site?

    hi everyone ,this is correct trhe reson it is taking long to edit site is because the bids are going in auto so we have been manually removing the spmamers who dont pay plus blocking their ips.the site is being worked on now and will be fixed for the new owner.I have all proof of payments on the site via payal wire and documentations from my cpa.

    just update U was away couple days and to remove spam from june 25-jul1 it took me about 2 hours.As i said it is a work in process to fix spam issue .It is easy to spot the spams as 90% are pharmacy and also i use my paypal to cross reference the sites to payments ,not rocket science but some days it can get bad.
