    A similar site with much less re-usable content and only a year old was recently sold for over 9,000. Here's the link: http://marketplace.sitepoint.com/auctions/33791

    Their revenue was the same. A content driven site will generate a lot of money for the right person who understands "Content is king," but if it's not right for you than it'll be the right fit for someone else.

    Attached stats clearly show 41000 uniques. The month before that was 43000. You can see it for yourself. Revenue is 100... not sure why you're stating numbers that have nothing to do with what is provable.

    Interested, but it seems that fut is pointing out the right problem here, you only attached revenue stats from paypal what clearly shows only around $50 per month. Can you upload or pm remaining revenue stats for adsense, amazon and linkshare please?

    Also: Why are you selling this site? It seems like it's all sorted in terms of maintenance (volunteer writers, established relationships within the industry etc.), so why not keeping it and making money every month from it?

    OrganicVentures I'm pm ing you with additional revenue which includes $30 a month from ZMTC. I'm selling the site because I have other projects and my heart isn't in this anymore. I am not desperate to sell because I know the potential it has.

    1,000 is out of the question.

    I've attached shots for the additional revenue. High time for traffic and revenue is the school season. December and January is the peak. It gives you several months to prepare the site and get it ready for the peak season. I will also help the new owner learn the backend for the first four weeks after the sale.
