At the moment it is ranked very high in the Clickbank Marketplace. Please Note Attached Images.

As you can see by these rankings, affiliates and customers are able to find this product very easily. The conversion rate is the best I've seen for a long time. The website converts about 5% - 10%.

I launched the website on 17th of June 2008 (1/2 month old). I haven't done as much promotion on this website as I would have liked.

I know you'll be interested in knowing where the sales are coming from. The initial sales came from an advert that I posted on a popular marketing forum. Soon after that we launched the website to the public with affiliates promoting the website. Traffic at the moment is coming from a few small affiliates and from natural traffic.

I also self promoted Cash Flipper Formula through clickbank with my own affiliate account.

Reason For Selling:

I seriously DO NOT want to sell this unique site, mainly because I put everything into creating the product. It is a product that will stand the test of time and remain profitable for at least the next 5 - 10 years. However, debts are mounting and I need to pay them off asap.

With just a little promotion through joint ventures with other webmaster-related websites, PPC, reciprocal links, and email campaigns the growth potential is staggering.

What You Will Receive With The Purchase:


- Ownership of the CashFlipperFormula.com domain.

- Ownership of the clickbank accounts for the website.(main and affiliate)

- Ownership of the aweber account for the website. (60 Subscribers)

- Ownership of the exclusive rights to the Product, meaning you can sell it anywhere you want (i.e. eBay).

NOTE: You will need your own hosting because I have a shared server with other websites on it.

Terms of this sale:

Payment expected within 5 days after the end of the auction. If payment is not received after 5 days, the auction will be given to the next highest bidder with the non-paying bidder being reported and banned from any future auctions.

Payment via wire bank transfer is preferred. Payment in full is required. You may split payments but will not receive ownership until complete payment is made.

It is important that you are able to be contacted via email or telephone. Don't just bid and disappear off the face of the planet!

Please note that all sales are final. I personally guarantee that all sales and traffic history are accurate, and should any of this information show to be proven false, I will provide a full refund to the buyer.

Revenue Details:

Cash Flipper Formula is currently selling for $20 through clickbank.

The commission rate for affiliates is currently set to 60%. Therefore, I receive approximately $7 per sale through an affiliate link. A full commission is around $11.50.

With just a little promotion this website will definately grow into a great source of residual income. The great thing about this product is that you can create joint ventures with all webmaster-related websites. There is such huge potential for this product, which is why I wish I could keep it... But my debts need to be paid.

In the last 2 weeks since the launch of Cash Flipper Formula it has earned over $1150 pure profit. I spent $0 on marketing, it is all done by affiliates.

Traffic Details:

The website currently gets traffic from a variety of sources including:

- Webmaster Related Websites (owned by affiliates)

Within the first 2 weeks the site has received over 600 unique visitors. It is converting amazingly. I can only begin to imagine how much it could earn with a little promotion.

    Hey joe,

    To be completely honest with you this site literally does run on auto-pilot meaning that you barely ever have to touch it, all the email systems, payment processing and product delivery services are completely automated.

    I will provide support after the sales as to transfer all the deliverables and making sure everything is up and running as it should be. I will also give you some extra tips on marketing it if needed.

    Could you explain more why and how you are using the two separate clickbank accounts? Could you also share sales stats for July?

    I'm using one of my affiliate accounts to self promote the product, I have only promoted it on one online forum. That is it.

    Sales are up to 26 this month as of July 24th.

    I don't have any time to promote this product and need to sell it for funding of other projects I am interested in.

    How did you decide to list in this auction in the Premium section? "I launched the website on 17th of June 2008 (1/2 month old). I haven't done as much promotion on this website as I would have liked." In the Premium section we would expect to see more established sites with a solid history and track record. Why are you listing this so quickly, instead of letting it run for a year, and putting more money in your own pocket?
