    Okay - I have to say - this script is really good. I made $75/day from the Happar script and the owner tries really hard to make a good product for the community. I wouldn't be surprised when he says he invested $80,000 into this - because this script is amazing.

    Was that $10-$20 per site per day would be $5000-$10000/day for 500 sites. If you are only making $10-$20/day on a whopping 500 sites combined (20-40 cents per site per day) can you explain to me how that metric is worth your time and effort and hosting/domain registration expenses?

    We upsell domains, memberships and previous had diffrent prices, such as $249 $100 for 15 domains, diffrent deals for diffrent jv partners. I will be happy to show any certified buyer all details.

    I have a few questions before bidding on your site.

    1) Automated - do the majority of your advertisements come from affiliates, self seo, self ppc, email, blogging? If you can, please list percentage of sales you're getting from each sector. Would like to know how automated your site is without personal work to keep it running. The more stats you can provide, we can give a more accurate bid.

    2) Software debugging and maintenance - is your coder willing to handle this end at a reasonable cost? Or do we have to find our own coder?

    3) Please provide your refund and chargeback percentage rate.

    1) Most of our sales are via jv partners and word of mouth. Roughly 70% of all sales are from Jv partners. All my current jv partners would do business with the next owner, partnering with jv partners normally is nearly impossible, thats how high the quality of M.E really is. I only have to anwser an email or two for sales support every day and plan my next move. You can run the business on 3 hours a day, it's really up to you how far you want to push it. The only thing not automated is the support, which is taken care of by the coder.

    2) The coder will be willing to move on with the next buyer.

    3) For every 50 sales we have about 1 refund, it is a solid product with great value.

    1) Regarding JV partners, is there an automated affiliate link that handles their tracking and payments to them?

    2) Do you have tested conversion stats via other marketing types such as ppc advertising.

    3) Does any content on your site have to be changed from the buyer, such as your name, audio, video?

    1) Yes, they usually handle the payments and send it to you after 30 days.

    2) we have no ppc advertising, our conversion rate is about 3-5%

    3) If you want to change the name at the bottom of the sales letter, that's about it.

    We have provided accurate screen shots, I am not sure what else I can give you. I would assume escrow would allow you to check all the details are appropriate before payment.     Hi there,

    It varies, sometimes I will run it, sometimes the coder will run it. It is not 24/7, more like 12/7. People will leave a support message which will be sent to a support email. It also has tracking so I can tell when someone comes from say sitepoint and asks a question.

    how many hours per month do you have to budget for your coder? What is the rate?

    who else is on the support team that would need to be budgeted for? reference is made to a forum. I assume there are paid forum moderators.

    how much time do you currently spend on the site? what activities take up the site owners time in running the site?

    The rate is $17 per hour, I usually use him five days a week, four hours. The support is covered by the programmer and sales support by myself. The forum is moderated by the programmer, the community is very helpful. The cost to run happar per month is roughly $1000. I spend about 3 hours a day, informing programmers on the next task and checking and replying to emails. It is not that hard to run happar, full training is provided.
