I'm in some debt (about $90k) and I need to pay it off so I'm selling my entire company, E.A. Web Holdings Inc. (eawebholdings.com, eawebholdings.net, eawebcash.com), which is located in the Seattle, WA USA area.
My company consists of 50+ sites pulling in $450/day average profits and $1500/day average revenues. The company is on pace to do per year $550,000 in revenue and $165,000 profit this year. Pretty amazing. I started the company a year ago and it took off to these numbers in less than 6 months and has remained steady.
I'm selling the entire network of sites, the name and logo for the company, the ownership, the accounts for all of my advertising (Google Adwords, etc) and the accounts for all of my web publishing (Google Adsense, Yahoo Publisher, Zango, CPX, Kontera, etc). You'll also get historical spreedsheets, all my servers (the are hosted for $1200/month) and anything else related to the business. You will get EVERYTHING except my business bank accounts, which I will close after the deal has been completed.
Most of the sites make money via Zango and Google Adsense. I have a top-tier $1.29/install rate with Zango (usually most people have a $0.75/install rate) and that will be transferred to you as well. I buy traffic for cheap via Google Adwords and others, and then make the profit off of the Zango install + other ad networks. I was in the process of growing the number of sites that have this method when I got into debt that was over my head.
One thing important to note: The sites do not use any form of advertising that is currently known to be going away any time soon. No accounts are in jeopardy, nor are any in any legal trouble. Everything is running perfect.
I'm willing to provide full screenshots, a full list of sites, and more to anyone truely interested in buying the company. PM me if you are truely interested in a purchase.

I'm not looking for a "quick sale", but rather a sale that is genuine for both parties and that will go through with both of us happy. I perfer online communication until we get to the point where a transaction is very likely to take place. I don't want to waste each others time. I will only sell everything as a complete package, and won't break the company apart for any single site sale.

adwords traffic proof
OK, so what are the sites in your network that we're supposedly bidding on? And you only speak of revenue... I'm interested in PROFIT so what are the costs ( you mention adwords ) ? PLease post some sort of proof .
