The Business Overview Introduction
The Company My Vybe LLC is a limited liability corporation in Florida and has one managing partner. I am selling he company because frankly, I fell out of love with the business. Although I see massive potential with the business and business model, my heart is not into the business anymore.
The business of My Vybe LLC consists of the main website MyReVive.com, AcaiSecrets.com, and Vibuilder.com. All of the profits generated were from the My ReVive system.
The Website Businesses How Do These Sites Make Money?
The websites provide a monthly recurring income for the owner at which we charge our customers $19.95 per month to use our services. We also charge a yearly fee of $175 for the year. We sometimes offer affiliate products, but we've only done this once or twice in the last 2.5 years.
What Services Do You Offer?
We offer replicated websites for distributors in direct sales organizations. Our main website, MyReVive.com, we provide custom marketing websites for Eniva distributors. Eniva has well over 300,000 distributors in the company. Our customers get their own custom, unique website (ex: http://myspace.myrevive.com), autoresponder system, contact management, and much more.
The majority of distributors getting started in an opportunity need some sort of website. the company offers a site, but it's horrible from a marketing standpoint. We created a marketing site to help drive leads, sales, and new business to our clients.
We provide two website for free and paid members:

MyReVive.com was the first online marketing system created for the Eniva corporation. Without any marketing partners, joint ventures, affiliate marketing, and ZERO dollars spent on marketing this automated website business generated $66,742.19 in it's first 12 months, completely on autopilot. AcaiSecrets.com was set to launch in July 07' for the network marketing company MonaVie. We were not able to launch for various reasons due to company policies. We have made changes to the site and is ready to launch. We will share with the buyer what needs to be done to have this site go live to generate income. It's something we have not yet went after due to other business ventures. Currently we have over 1,000 people "waiting in line" for this website to launch so they can get their own website. We estimate that this website system would generate $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month when partnered with the right monavie distributor.

ViBuilder.com was created with a partner and is 95% complete. This is a website system based off of the software for MyReVive and AcaiSecrets that was created in late 2007 for the company Visalus. This website offers the same tools for their distributors. We estimated that this website would easily generate $8,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month and would generate a yearly income of $150,000.
All in all, the website systems have been generating me income each and every day for over 2.5 years now. MyRevive.com is the main income source at the moment.

Why are you selling the business?
Well, honestly I fell out of love with the business. When we first got started we were working like crazy, bubbling with ideas, and wanted to reach the moon. As time passes and the income got comfortable, it allowed me create other businesses and other opportunities and therefore we slacked on this business and the goals we setup from the beginning.
The Offering Price and Terms
You know this was a tough one to tackle. Since I knew the in's and out's of this business and saw the broad scale and long term vision of the company I know where it can easily be at with someone who runs with it. Honestly, I could sell this for $300,000.00 if I wanted to wait, but I'm not in a position to wait that long. With the three web businesses alone they can generate $300K the first 6-12 months with the proper owner.

Who are your customers?
Our customers are so tightly focused that the competition has no idea that there's a market here. Our customers are the distributors of the multi-million dollar direct sales organizations. They join these companies and need tools. Well, the internet is a growing place to drive sales and leads and therefore we provide a cutting edge marketing system to help them make more money.
These customers have their site, their system, their autoresponders, and their tools and they go out and use YOUR website to build their business. They sign up someone and they say, "Hey Jim, your first step is to get a website! you can get one here (your website). It's only $19 bucks. You need this to start in this business."
Facilities and Equipment
It's an internet business that requires no office space. I ran this business from my own home since it's inception. As far as equipment used to run the business it's simple: Hosting and the Custom Software. The expenses are the hosting and software. currently we run the websites on a dedicated server, but you can downgrade to a smaller less expensive server if need be.
Revenue Details:
The website myrevive now is earning roughly $500 - $800 a month. With the proper marketing it can make $7 - $10K easily.
Traffic Details:
The traffic somes from word of mouth mainly.
