Profitable, Dropship, E-Commerce Website

Description:

My Website http://www.upscaleteakfurniture.com is for sale due to having to many other projects going on. It is a PR2 and it's Creation Date: 28-jan-2007. It is completely dropship and all you need to do is email over an order and they take it from there. I have Paypal Pro set up for the payments and it's designed through Volusion. All traffic is coming in through SEO and not PPC.

It's been as high as 3rd in Google for the main keyword "teak furniture" but I have not been doing the articles for quite some time. But it is still highly ranking for a lot of keywords. There are video's created and posted over various places. It just needs some love and you could get it right back to the top.

For 2007 net profit was $3,050.

So Far for 2008 net profit is $1,600.

Revenue Details:

All revenue comes from sales of products shown on the site. Traffic comes from organic search engine listings - we don't spend anything on advertising. Around $2,500 profit per year.

Traffic Details:

Traffic comes from search engines, video's created and sent out, article distribution, directory links.

    Do you have any expenses for the site, such as hosting? Is the store a yahoo store or something similar? Is there a cost for it?

    Would love to see proof of traffic and income.

    I would assume the monthly revenue of $200 you state is profit, right?

    SORRY!!! I've been gone for the 4th of July with family.
    I've just attached 3 documents for some proof of traffic numbers (Google Analytics) and sales (Volusion's Reporting)
    Volusion is the hosting and store company that is used and they charge $49.95 a month. There reporting and stats are really good as well as being very SEO friendly and at the time this is what StomperNet recommended to use. I'm not sure how easy it would be to convert this over to Yahoo or not. There is only 1 drop shipper that is used but you can add as many as you like Ü. I spend maybe 20-30 mins a week on the site now but someone can really spend a lot more!

    With the sale I will include 2 promo videos that were created and all the articles that have been used to add more content to the site. Thanks again for looking!

    Can you do a quick explanation of the order process? Do you just get an email of the order, and then pass that on to the drop shipper? How do you pay the drop shipper? How do you pay for shipping?

    Are the hosting, shipping and product costs all included in your expenses used to calculate annual profit?

    Can you guarantee the relationship with existing dropshipper will remain for the new owner? Also, I notice your hosting/store costs are approximately $600 a year; so, when you say made a profit of $1,600 this year so far, is this pure profit or does the hosting/store costs also factor in that thus reducing the net profit even further?

    1. Order comes in via email (you get paid)
    2. Forward email order over to drop shipper with customers shipping address
    3. Drop shipper runs your credit card on file (drop shipper gets paid less)
    4. Drop shipper sends tracking number to me
    5. I forward tracking number over to my customer
    6. Drop shipper ships package out in plain boxes. (drop shipper bills the actual shipping charges)

    I've just received the forms from the drop shipper for the transfer so this would be very easy. If someone has a godaddy account it would be a free push. We will provide a transition support period that would last for 14 days so that everything is running very smoothly for the new owner. My profit numbers did not include the costs of running the site. Volusion (store + hosting) - $49.95, toll free number - $4.00, SSL certification (yearly, $79.00)

    I've just updated the financials to show up to date figures this year. We do have 2 commercial accounts and all past emails, videos, articles will be included with the sale.

    Hardly ever. The only thing to update are the prices, maybe once every 6 months or so.

    Hey Rich,
    1. When the site is sold I will reveal what drop shipper we use to the buyer.
    2. Volusion is because that is what Stompernet recommended at the time and the fact that they won best e-commerce site store for 2008.
    3. Once we had a problem with the shipment (broken on arrival) but the drop shipper didn't worry about it and set a new one.
    4. 30 day return policy but you can create what ever you want.
    5. Sure I don't see why not.
