Description:

I am looking to sell my two linked websites as I no longer have time to run them or the knowledge to properly optimize seo

The first is my pregnancy which I established in january. The blog entries are articles that cover fertility, conception, infertility , pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. The content is a mixture of articles written by myself, articles from other websites and blog entries from the social network community attached to this listing (fertilitydiaries.com) The blog is PR2 and gets about 1600 uniques a month at the moment, mainly from google.

The social community attached to the blog is fertilitydiaries.com. Hosting by ning its proved to be quite popular. There are 112 members and this is growing each week. Content is unique and updated by the members as they have the ability to keep their own blog, talk in the forums, upload pictures and leave comments on each others page. Some members have even created their own groups. Costs associated with this site are $19.99 a month to run adverts and $4 to keep the domain name.  havent properly monetized the site yet. Most members of fertilitydiaries.com visit the site every day to keep updated.

The premium domain names are included in the listing. I have put a lot of time and effort into this but have just had baby twins and cannot look after the sites as I should.

Revenue Details:

not completely monetized but gets a small amount through adsense

  2. I noticed that you are using quite a few Ezine articles on pregnancy2birth.com

Did you realize that you should leave the resource boxes intact, with live links, as the author intended? If someone finds his or her article "abused" they could complain and have it removed or have your site shut down. Would be a pity because the traffic looks good and could be monetized.

I think fertilitydiaries.com is a great project but probably needs a woman (mother) to be part of this social environment. Too bad for me ... :-)

  5. the hostng on ning is free but to remove their ads and replace them with your own, you pay 19.99 a month which is what i did. The template is easy to use and you can add html ads wherever you like on the site. As for blogger I would do whatever the buyer prefers

  7. Do you have the name registered as a trademark or is it copyrighted?
Is all of the content owned by you or do you have permission to use all of it?
If so do you have the emails or letters that give your permission to use the content.
If the site is transferred to a new owner do they get to use all content and programs?
    I have dedicated servers.
Can all of the programming that is on the server now be moved or is it owned by the host?
What type of programming is used on the site?
    PHP and MySql?
    Any other programming lanquages?
Do you own any other sites that might conflict with this one?
Or do you know of any of your users that might own a site that would take it's current userbase away from the site once ownership was changed?
Would you be willing to sign a non-compete agreement for a minimum of 2 years?

A site is only as strong as it's members. If they were to leave it would be an empty shell. :)
You can answer here or via PM.
    Thanks.

The pregnancy2birth site is on blogger, but she has the domain pointing to it. You can figure out the rest about what you would do from there. She's already stated this earlier.

The fertilitydiaries is a ning site, as she also has previously stated and is obvious if you view the site. You can't transfer it to your server. Ning hosts it.
