I am putting up for auction 2 health and beauty niche sites. I simply don't have the time to develop to their fullest potential.

With that being said, I developed LaserHairRemovalSolution.com a couple of months ago and it slowly expanded into health and beauty articles as well.    Laser hair removal is one of the top requested procedures for men, women and teens. 

RestylaneSolutions.com is a similiar site that focuses on the wrinkle filler, Restylane.  Restylane is the #1 selling beauty product in the world and had been featured in women's magazines like O, Allure, Vogue and many more. 

These really are set and forget websites which has been bringing in a regular income without doing anything.   I'm not making any claims of thousands of visits per day coming to the sites, however, the Adsense click value is very high, usually ranging from $1.00-$3.00 per click for both sites.

I am looking for a quick sale and transfer.

Both sites were just monetized with adsense alone. I recently added Chitika Linx.  However, there is much more monetization potential with affialitate links, Amazon and eBay.  Even a small amount up updating on these types of sites, increases traffic greatly.

What happens if I win this auction?
1.  Once your payment for the sites has been received and cleared, a zip file will be immediately sent to the owner containing the entire sites
2.  Domain push will begin immediately.
3.  Domain will be unlocked for domain push

Final Overview
As stated above, there is minimal work required for these sites and if you are interested in health and beauty, then this is a genuinely good opportunity for someone who is interested in owning sites that are making money and have traffic already.  BIN is set at $750.00 for both sites which I believe is a very fair price for both sites, considering their earning click value and potential.

    There is no Google Adsense on your sites.

    Why do the stats stop at June 17?

    restylanesolutions.com has only 2 articles. How are the ranked in Google and what is the recent traffic?

    laserhairremovalsolution.com has only one page listed by Google. What happened?

    Why did the previous buyer bail out?

    Thanks for your interest in the sites.

    I was playing with the adsense code and working on the sites a few days ago and removed it. I will be replacing all the adsense code when I gt back in town from the holiday weekend.

    The adsense stats that are on the site are the same ones that were on the original auction to show that the sites do make income. When I relisted the auction, I didn't have time to pull more stats and used the original ones. The point is that the site do have revenue and what the click value is for the sites.

    As stated in the auction, restylanesolutions.com is a newer site and more of a bonus domain in this auction. The main money maker and site for sale in this auction is laserhairremovalsolutions.com. The traffic report for restylanesolutions.com is attached to this auction.

    laserhairremovalsolution.com has 22 SERP's in Google.

    The original Buyer refused to request the domain transfers for his own sites after he paid for them, I gave him all of the information he needed to request the domains, including the authorization codes and unlocking the domains, but he still refused for whatever reason. After a week of going back and forth with him, he was refunded.
