Hey Guys,

First of all, please read the details and view the screenshots thoroughly. Part of the traffic listed in the auction details was from Adwords, and part of it was from a Wikipedia link that has since been removed. Traffic, as of last few days, is down to only a few organic searches daily.

The Basics:

• I built a 5 step guide on the beginning stages of "healing a broken heart". I originally made it to test an adwords campaign and also to test the affiliate that is being promoted on the site.
• I ran an Adwords campaign for 2 weeks. It made a few sales/small profit, but I shut it off. Why? I'm still testing the waters with PPC and prefer to target organic search traffic. I'm also pretty busy with several projects and find it hard to focus on/learn PPC in detail right now.
• IMPORTANT: I had a link on Wikipedia that was the bulk of traffic (without Adwords), but it has since been removed.
• There is still a few organic visitors trickling in that are very targeted, but it's down to a few visitors daily.

Why would you want this site?

• A foundation has been built for you and it has already proven that it converts with minimal effort/time spent on it. Imagine if you did some link building, article marketing, etc.
• It is a pro design with a great set up for it's targeted niche. The 5 steps are short, to the point, but valuable. The 5th step/page can be used to promote "further support" (that's how I used it anyway).
• Already has decent stats as far as visitors  staying on the site. Averaged almost 4 pages per visitor with only a "5 step guide". Except for the bounces off the index page, the visitor's top exit page is "step 5".
• Affiliate converted better than 1:35 ratio of the visitors that was sent to them.

The site is set up using wordpress (just pages right now), so it’s pretty simple to add / edit content.

FYI, here’s a breakdown of the sign ups that came during the use of Adwords and then the sign ups that came after I stopped the Adwords campaign.

June 13th – June 26th: $107.82 Clickbank
Adwords: $42.00
Profit: $65.82

TRAFFIC:

As mentioned above, the first 2 weeks or so, I used an adwords campaign.

IMPORTANT: I also had a link on Wikipedia that has since been removed. Unfortunately, that was the bulk of the traffic, but there is organic traffic trickling in with a couple referrals from StumbleUpon, etc. as well.

As you can see, the Wikipedia link was about 89% of the traffic without adwords, so it's unfortunate that it was removed. I don't actually know why, except for the obvious, that editors thought the site didn't fit the page.

I haven’t even begun link building and article marketing yet, so you could really have a winner on your hands once you start putting in a little promotional effort, since the foundation and the proof that it converts is already there.

If you happen to really know your stuff with Adwords, then even better. But, if PPC isn't your thing, typical link building/promo effort should do well also.
