  3. Net is roughly 21K (66%) but the costs are fixed so as gross rises so will net.

    AdSense tosses about 300 per month.

  4. Does this program work on Vista?

    how difficult is it to update the data -- residuals, changes, new car data? Is this something done manually? Is there an admin in place to input this information and/or where do you get it?
