Description:

This is a high stakes online poker video site for sale to the highest bidder. The site is loved by Google and ranks high for poker terms and non poker terms. The site also hosts photos of hot girls and poker players adding to the traffic. The site was on its way to 100k uniques and I lost a couple PR links and it dropped to around 30k uniques. Most of the traffic is from images hosted on sites or videos hosted on sites. I dont buy ads so almost all of the traffic is organic from GOOGLE. I spend about one hour on the sites every day. If you spend more time you will get more hits I assume. Couple minor fixes needed that I'm taking care of as we speak. One of which is comments. Site maintenance is around 40$ every 2 months. I can give you my coders details after the sale. Reason for selling:

I need cash to do a social network. I am not happy to be selling this site but have to do so to raise capital.

Revenue Details:

The site earns money via banner sales and poker banner conversions. The site has 6 banner zones plus in video ads. The top ad goes for 150 - $300.00 depending on traffic trends. Same with the bottom wide banners. The side banners go for

75$ each. The main page 250x250 goes for 150-300$ depending on traffic trends. Player conversion is around $100 - $200.00 per month.

 

Traffic Details:

All the traffic comes from poker websites hosting the images and videos. The other traffic comes from Google. Almost all the traffic is organic and google loves it! Traffic is a mixture of poker traffic and hot girls traffic. It as even had 82k uniques in one months and that was 95% google! I regularly beat out other higher ranked sites in the serps.

    I can post a Paypal screen shot showing some of the payments. But for the most part you will have to look at traffic,
    look in serps, and calculate revenue stream.

    Revenue is 625 until I get paid and get html from the advertiser. Then it will be 700$ until I sell more avail slots, that I'm chosing not to do right now. Thats without rev share player I'm transferring to new owner.

    I will be posting some stats from other sites of mine to right side to show how the google image search is catching this site. So If you embed pictures (images) from mypokertube, they are loved by Google image search. This does not register in keywords, so it distorts my keyword relevance a bit. But the site has the most important keyword which is "poker videos" page one. So back to keywords and image search - If I take an image for lets say "phil ivey" and post on a blog
    if you do a google image search you will see image for tables that phil ivey is playing plus a link saying the image is from mypokertube. Do that for - Tom Dwan (the most search internet player)or Phil Ivey, Gus Hansen etc etc. You will
    see how I dominate poker image related searches. And yes allot of search come for hot girls - But who looks for hot girls
    on the web other than Guys who can convert to online poker players.

    Par revevue: Im not going to sell ads during the rest of this auction. So revenue will stay at 625.00. Reason being Its well known I'm selling this site, and dont want to piss off my future advertisers. I have several spaces on right
    and can even add more ad zones on right side next to photos and videos. You can buy and add the ad zones, I can do that for you if you dont want to deal with coder. This would increase revenue to 1200 a month. If site goes back to 80k Uniques the revenue can be 2k plus. Site will go back up presumably by replacing the PR links I lost.

    I put ave from Aprils 700k plus to now. Traffic has gone down for summer months and server was going down when it was transferred to new server.

    Biggest news right now in poker is Steve Ware aka Cornell Fiji
    Google Cornell Fiji and mypokertube is page one. If you want to do that over and over again bid more.
    This is fine example and go look how little was written. Go ahead and pay someone 70$ to write and article when all you have to do is Post an image.
