The Traffic!
Please see attached screen shots which shows the growth of monthly visitors to this site. Over 2k per month is a good place for you to start, none of which is paid traffic! Alexa rank has been falling and it will not take much of a push to get this site into the top 100,000. I hope you will all do your due dilligence but you will find that any chart you look at show that this site is on the rise!

The Regret!
It is with much regret that I list AP for sale as it has been growing well over the months and this site is heading for big things. I do however need to sell it as I really do not have time to keep up with it as much as I would like.

This is a steal for anyone involved (or wanting to get involved) with the make money online market as you can easily build on my hardwork and make this a real powerhouse. I wish I could, but in amongst moving house, changing jobs and all my other online activities I would hate to see this great site go to waste.
The Extras!
The traffic details date back only two months as (as you will see from one of my posts) I had terrible trouble with iPower before switching the account over to hostgator. The revenue has been a fairly consitent $30 on average over the six months of the site; this has come from a mixture of affiliate sales and paid reviews of products. The traffic can easily be improved upon.....as can the revenue.
The site has been running comments as dofollow but a change to this and some onsite seo (not my strongest point) you could instantly take this blog to a whole new level. The readership of the site are a faithful and friendly bunch so don't be afraid about losing any readers.
Oh...and I also had about 40-45 RSS subs but made a real mess of changing accounts a while back and so started afresh; there are currently 16 or so. Feedburner has been acting quite odd recently!

The Conclusion!
I am of course more than willing to help with the transfer in anyway. The site is hosted at hostgator and the domain registered with godaddy (free push to godaddy account).

There is no BIN as yet but feel free to PM me if you wish to make an offer, if it sells at a BIN price I also have some additional extras I can throw in for the new owner which will sweeten the deal further still.

    If you read through some of my comments you will see that my readers have been requesting that I aim for a more direct posting style and a little less of me! In the nicest possible way that is :)

    Should you buy the site? Well thats entirely up to you, its a fantastic domain name and a great site. I am really am regretting that I have to sell. If you are worried about the tone of the posts I would be willing to write some for you to aid with the handover period. I think you will find there is no need though, if you can get good writers providing good content then thats all you will need to take this to the next level. It's not my style of writing that people come for it is the content.

    I might be a bit biased here, but I'm kinda thinking buying this is a smart move. I've been hanging out over AP for a long time now... the blog is ingenious if you're interested in making money with it. The name is brilliant and if you try digging around for a good one these days, you won't find one. - I'd be happy to vouch for the traffic that the Affiliate Posts sends me too!     @ PB and Chicago Cub: Thank you both for your input. As you know I am really regretting letting this one go but needs must and all that!

    FYI - I am currently in communication with a potential buyer for the site and hope to ensure that the good work will be continued. I have emphasised that there is a good solid community that will support him through the transition so it is great to see your continual support for the affiliate post. This needs to be a good fit for everyone!

    Oh...and to save time. I ahve received a lot of enquiries regarding this site and will be getting back to everyone but common questions are:

    1. Where did you get the logo? - The logo was professionally done by the team at virtualgraphicartist.com

    2. What is your BIN? - I am concerned that the new owner will continue the good work I have done here more so than the price. Currently there is an offer on the table (which is not the highest I received) and so this may close before the auction ends. I am still accepting serious bids from serious buyers!

    3. What are the deal sweetners you mentioned? - Well that is a little surprise, but for the right price and the right buyer you will be more than happy with the extras.

    Oh man, my plan was to put in a late bid to try and get a good price....didnt realise that bids placed 4 hours before the actual auction deadline would extend the auction to another 4 hours!
