Currently the site has around 31k+ users. The site is custom created with permanent programmers working since
last 2 years. The system itself has been tested with more then 12 million records for speed, compatibility and other important issues.
Started in March 2007, it allows users to save media clips, bookmarks, online clipping etc. Here are some of the functionality that has been created since last one year that not many other services allow

Site value shouldn't be just judged on basis of revenue but also on basis of what it has to offer. Free search engines traffic is probably the most hardest to get. 10k free traffic a day can be useful and it has been steady for almost a year

Fan club system is more advanced and simple then any fan system on web. New owner can charge sports club, celebrity clubs, youtube director clubs etc to have their fan clubs

Revenue Details:

We never had any ads on the site till march. We were on the same path of increasing the site value rather the initial revenue. It became hard to support our operations, so we started finding ways to monitize. Most of our revenue is earned from private buys by media companies and video seeding. Most of those ads are reskins, sliding ads over the video and actual media companies that require video seeding.
The revenue since 27th March, 2008 till 31st of August 2008 = 107k
There are many sites hosted on the same server, therefore uvouch share is around $500 a month and 20k worth of traffic buying to promote those videos.
We are also trying google adsense and cpx on some of the pages but the income from these two sources is not that great. New buyer can use their own contacts to promote big brands through videos and reskins ads. We can provide any further information

Traffic Details:

Traffic mainly comes from google search engine, type in and referring sites. We only buy traffic from various sites when we have more videos and ads to promote.

    Received a 300k offer by a private buyer. I'll still let the Auction continue to see where it goes. I cannot suggest the names of some of the media companies i work for due to signed NDA but i can definitely give the buyer some fair idea of where do get the deals from and how to execute the campaigns. The traffic that is included in the stats is the traffic that we get free from search engines without spending any money. Therefore, whoever gets the site also gets the 10k+ traffic from google a day

    I can also provide the link to the new fan club and online chat system on our testing server that is going to be included in version 2. I can also teach buyer on how to increase the traffic to million. There will be some cost invovled but returns would be much higher due to cpm rates from top media companies. Once again let me clear this point. I'm selling a website with top potential. I'm not even taking into consideration the money it has made due to my smart selling.

    Youtube didn't make any profit but got sold for good price. This is not anywhere close to youtube but the potential is very high. The income is just the proof of what can be done and i still think someone who puts in 10 times more effort would be able to do magic

    This is really an awesome site, though i dotn understand from where and how u getting those 4600 usd in months in paypal. Its real good in google, that means a lot. Bt earning matter i really dont understand that. It seems regular over 10 visitor or may be 12-15K, Actually thats even not enough to make 5000 USD per month for general case. Bt u said earning is at least 18k, thats must be a beautiful earning. So how u got those earning, ad company info, media company info is most important in this deal.
    Getting 10k visitor is hard, bt earning from it is tougher then it, i have some big site running i know.

    Bt site looks awesome. Only for its looks, functionality, user base, web 2 interface, popularity u could even ask for more.
