Hello, up for grabs is my myspace graphics site. This site has been a solid earner for me and I'm not real motivated to sell because its so easy to maintain, and the revenue is very consistant but I would like to raise some capital for a new site I am launching soon.
The site is one of the top sites out there for its niche. I dominate the search engines for thousands of search terms and any time I add a new page it gets indexed within a week or so by google and usually ranks within the first 3 pages in google.
There are tons of myspace resource sites surfacing all the time but they all go away quickly because they have no standing in the search engines, or only build their traffic through spamming myspace which dissapates quickly. This site is very solid and different from those "come and go sites" in that it gets almost all the traffic directly from the search engines due to its authority status for many competitive keywords ("Funny Myspace Graphics" for example). I have never made much of an attempt to promote the site in any way other than adding new graphics to the site and getting more indexes and therefore more natural traffic.
This site was very recently an authority site for the term "Myspace Graphics", but since I haven't been doing much with the site I'm down to the top of page 3. With just 1 or 2 quality links for that term from another authority site or 2 those rankings would come back within 2 weeks.

There are hundreds and hundreds of page one terms, but those are some of the most competitive ones.
Traffic & Pageviews:
Traffic is between 5-7k per day
Pageviews are between 25k-40k per day
The reason for the high variance is because it depends on if I put Nabbr on every page or not. If Nabbr is only on the home page then I get around 40k pageviews per day, but since its really annoying it hurts the pageviews, but it makes alot of money so I keep it up.
Side Notes:
Most sites like this get all of their traffic through referrals from myspace, hi5 etc... I haven't even tried to market directly through myspace... only SEO and I did do some adsense campaigns because I found a way to get $.01 clicks.
I used to sell text links for $50 per month and made another $500 per month off of that but I got rid of them because I wanted to promote my own sites.
Updating the site is insanely easy, all you have to do is name files and upload them to certain directories and the custom PHP coding will do the rest for you and generate a SEO optimized page for that graphic.

Just thought i would note that the reason there is a dip in traffic/revenue on Aug 29,30, & 31 is because I was experiencing server problems. Basically my tech tried to install CURL and ended up hosing PHP completely, so the server was down quite a bit during that time.
