Finally, I bought this site on Sitepoint 6 months ago and since that time I have upgraded the graphics/design, grown the site traffic by about 40% and greatly increased the exposure in the Search Engines and the rankings for key traffic generating terms.  This website needs little work as it is a community site and the content is generated by the community.  We will be glad to help transition the site to new ownership and introduce the new owners to active members/forum moderators.

Revenue Details:

The site currently derives all of its revenue from Google adsense.  I have not tried anything else with this and given the number of page views, the potential to generate more income from this site is probably much higher than current levels.

Traffic Details:

Site traffic is roughly 54% search engine based, 30% direct traffic and 16% from referring sites.  The percentage of search engine traffic has grown over the last 6 months due to SEO efforts, but their is much that can still be done to grow this, particularly in the Forums areas, where we only rank #3 or so for key terms.
